Guidelines and terms for canceling orders and services
1. Order Cancellation Guidelines
- Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order free of charge at any time before it enters processing or dispatch. Please reach out to customer support as soon as possible to cancel.
- After Dispatch: Once an order has been handed over to the courier service, it cannot be canceled mid-transit. In such cases, our Return & Refund policy will apply upon receipt.
2. Refund Terms
- Upon successful cancellation, advance payments will be refunded within 3 to 7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited through the original payment channel (Mobile Banking, Credit/Debit Card, or Bank Transfer).
3. Cancellations Initiated by Us
- We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of stock unavailability or incorrect product information.
- Orders with incomplete shipping addresses or unverified contact details may be subject to cancellation.
- If an order is canceled on our end, the full amount paid will be promptly refunded.
