• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• Customized or hand-crafted made-to-order items may require additional dispatch time (notified at purchase).

2. Delivery Timelines

We partner with reliable national logistics services to ensure your package arrives safely.

• Metro Cities: Delivered within 3 to 5 business days post-dispatch.
• Rest of India: Delivered within 5 to 8 business days post-dispatch.
• Remote/Special Locations: Delivery may take up to 10 business days depending on courier accessibility.

3. Shipping Charges & Cash on Delivery

Our shipping fee structure is simple and transparent:

• Prepaid Orders: Free shipping may apply on minimum order values (calculated at checkout).
• Standard Shipping: Nominal shipping rates apply based on total weight and delivery location.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available for select pin codes with a nominal convenience fee displayed at checkout.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and WhatsApp confirmation containing your tracking ID and courier tracking link so you can monitor your shipment in real time.

5. Delivery Issues & Address Changes

Please double-check your shipping address and contact number before placing your order.

• If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, additional re-shipping charges may apply.
• If you notice an error in your delivery address, contact customer support within 12 hours of placing the order.
